NIGHT WATCH CO., LTD. (บริษัท ไนท์ วอทช์ จำกัด) is a limited company registered in Thailand under juristic person number 0105568004918. It operates nightwatchgames.co.im and publishes games as Night Watch Games, an independent mobile game studio.

NIGHT WATCH CO., LTD. is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). This policy currently covers the nightwatchgames.co.im website and email contact or postal correspondence with Night Watch Games.

We do not currently publish any mobile apps on the Night Watch Games website, so no app name, package name, SDK or Android permission is described here.

When Night Watch Games releases a game on Google Play, that app will receive a separate policy at its own address on nightwatchgames.co.im, naming the app and its exact package name, following its Data Safety answers and listing its SDKs and permissions.

Any SDK used in a future Night Watch Games game will be named, with a link to its policy, in that game's own policy.

Data retention and deletion

You may ask us to delete your correspondence at any time. We will do so unless the law requires us to keep it, and will tell you if so.

The website stores nothing on your device, so there is no local website data to remove.

Children
